Please fix error for library that doesn’t allow check in of books. I can’t remove friends that supposedly still have a book checked out b/c the site won’t allow me to check-in books. Thanks!

Billmonk seems to timeout when there are stale cookies. I’ve also reported a bug where it times out for a transaction involving over 20 people. Is anyone monitoring Billmonk’s bugs?
Love this service, will pay for it. As a developer, can also help fix bugs and create a mobile app.

Suggestion:
I would like to see a feature of searching the bills by name or the amount. Because its really hard to track them down sometimes if you did not put the date on the bill to be the same as on the bill(which happens with me quite often)

What happened to you BillMonk? You started out as such an amazing service, but I haven’t seen updates in a while and your iPhone app is getting horrible reviews.
Please update your blog so we know you’re still active. Otherwise, I’m tempted to move away from BillMonk, as I’m concerned with the longevity of the service.

As mentioned above, you should try removing your BillMonk.com cookies. I was getting this infernal (teehee) error as well, and that solved it.

Same problem here.
1º When I try to save a bill, billmonk keeps saying “Internal error! We were unable to save this transaction. Please contact us”.
2º When I try to contact billmonk it says something about a bug, bla bla bla…
I’ve removed my cookies and it didn’t help.

Its never up for me! Only once in the last one month, I could log in to it. But was unable to add/update any data. It gave “Internal error” while doing so.

BillMonk’s working alright for me now, but when it was failing, I tried deleting cookies and even using different browsers and nothing worked, so there was to it than cache or cookies issues.
But what’s more disconcerting about the all situation is that there’s no official feedback from BillMonk or Obopay. Besides all the comments in this post, me and other users have tried to contact BillMonk and Obopay through several means with no response whatsoever!
